Blessings Found In The Storm

Every time you’ve felt the reason that makes you want to run, just stop for a moment and think of how far you’ve come.

There’s always a blessing in the storm.

Every heartbreak,

every no,

every ending brought you here.

Every goodbye brought a lesson.

Every heartbreak taught you how to love.

Every ending tore your heart open so that you could learn the lesson of letting go.

Every time you’ve felt the feeling that makes you want to run, just stop for a moment and think of how far you’ve come.

There’s beauty in the chaos.

Lessons to be learned.

Love to be received.

So if you’re overwhelmed,

Hurting,

Lost or lonely,

Just know that one day you’ll look back and it will all make sense.

And believe it or not you will be wholeheartedly GRATEFUL for every painful lesson along the way.

And if you still don’t believe me….

I ask you to take a moment and look around.

What do you see?

I see a survivor who’s weathered every storm.

Somehow it felt like life was over, but it’s only just begun.

That feeling that closed you off, forced you to REOPEN and brought you back to life.

You’re wiser,

stronger,

and filled with more love.

The very storm that scared you is what nurtured you to grow.

Your struggles will only make you stronger and show you how to LOVE.
