How To Create A Life That You Desire With The Power Of Your Mind

Do you ever dream about your goals and desires and hear the voice in your head saying “You can’t do this!” or “You’re not good enough!” or even “Who do you think you are?!” Do you wonder if you’ll ever be able to escape these thoughts? I’ve been there. I’ve been what felt like a prison of my own mind. A prison from which I couldn’t escape, ever! But did you know that you have complete power and control over your thoughts? Did you know that you can in fact change the way you think? You can make your mind and thoughts work for you, rather than against you. This is so important because if you think negative and disempowering thoughts, you will in turn feel completely down. And from that state what kind of actions will you take? Now imagine how would it feel like and everything you would actually do if you felt empowered, strong and that success is inevitable!

Many years ago I was feeling depressed and anxious about everything in my life: my relationships, career, health and a relationship with myself. My days were literally filled with despair, feeling helpless, disempowered and on top of that I always expected the worst. But after healing my back pain and sciatica just with the power of the mind, in mere three days, I was blown away! What else could I do with this insane and hidden power? Why doesn’t everyone know this?

If I can do it, so can you! It is so empowering to take control of your own thoughts and choosing your belief systems. Belief systems are made up of your thoughts. Did you know that usually the majority of these systems are created in your early childhood? Chances are that most of your thoughts and belief systems stem from your parents or anyone else who raised you. But now is the time for you to claim your power back. Because you are strong, and you can in fact achieve anything you set your mind to! You get to be free and choose for yourself what you want to believe in.

Here are three tips on how you can start claiming your power back right now:

  1. Observe and be aware of your thoughts and write them in your journal every day for 5 days. What kind of thoughts or beliefs did you catch yourself thinking? Just remember: try not to feel overwhelmed – we usually get blown away because most of our thoughts are negative. Be gentle with yourself, as this is a big change and it is a journey. A profound and life-changing journey that can make all of your dreams come true.
  2. The next step is to shift these thoughts. For instance, if one of your belief systems was “I’m not good enough” turn it into “I am good enough. I am amazing!” At first it may feel like a lie, but just keep it up. I promise it is worth it! Beginnings are always challenging, but if you keep doing this for a month, you will open completely new possibilities for yourself in your life.
  3. Place your new beliefs around your home and in your office. You can also create this as a screen saver for your computer or phone, so you get to see them at all times. What this does is create a loving suggestion that your negative mind needs. This opens you up to a new way of thinking, and if you combine this with saying these new beliefs out loud every day, whilst completely believing in them and feeling great about them, you are well on your way of the life of your dreams!
