I used to measure growth by how many years passed. Now i measure it by how many lessons have left their mark on me , how many times I hated the words that left my mouth, unworthy of it.

The world isn’t made of great things , not everything we do leaves a great mark , it does however create a ripple, then they all add on to each other to create a wave big enough to triumph over everything that ever threatened our existence .

Maybe the wave will wash out all we have  stained,  maybe it will make us notice them ,maybe it will awaken something in all of us most of it good and some regrettably horrid.

I dont know if these words will mean anything but they are mine and they invoke growth in me for the time being.
