Assessing closely the physical, spiritual, mental, and digital areas is a good way to start this glow-up season, and as I always say it is important to use the magic tool of Questioning.
So let’s do this right now with the first domain that we need to analyze.
Do I need to exercise more? what do I need to eat more that makes me feel good, alive, healthy it’s important not to restrict ourselves but to infuse balance, flexible discipline, and joy in our food intake and exercise.
I understand that the Kardashian’s body can be a “vibe” but let’s be realistic on who we are and what we can do for our body types. Change is about being real about what we are and working with compassion on what we want and can change instead of killing ourselves or being mean with our bodies this doesn’t work it only escalates more stress, and it’s damaging to our self-esteem.
Do I want to do yoga? do I want to run? do I want to go to the gym? choose what’s best for you and makes you excited.
Meditating or journaling can be a powerful act of self-connection, connection to self is a spiritual act. It’s important to question our beliefs and understand what makes sense for us and makes us feel grounded and safe. is it praying, is it reflecting, is it talking to your higher self? Being spiritual is an act of honoring yourself, showing up in confidence, accepting your flaws, and changing what’s necessary. What we disown fosters, integrate yourself so you create magnetism. Create your unique pair proposition be you and show you.
What do I need to let go of? what can I do to make my life a bit better every day? what are my fears and how can I help myself? do I rest enough? do I put boundaries on my relationships or myself? what do I need to feel grounded? Our mental space is crucial for our lives, we depend on it for everything, and being mentally clear and healthy alters the course of our lives.
Who am I following? why? does it inspire me? does it challenge me? do I learn something? or I feel envious, sad, trapped, stressed, controlled, consult your connection and the impact they have in your life. But also challenge yourself to follow people that have different beliefs for the sake of growth aka learning new perspectives this makes us more smart and well-rounded.
Stop chasing girl, if you are 🙂 Choose who wants you, either in romantic relations or friendships, don’t enter the playing games adventure because is going to burn you, state clearly who you are and what you want, it is hard to be vulnerable but by being real you have more chances to find real.
I like a phrase that says be a shopper not a seller in relations, don’t avoid conflict, make questions and choose what’s best for you, choice is your best friend.
