I

Body, Mind, Soul
Blood, Breath, Bone
The sword and the shield
The sun and the stone
A fire that heals
A heart that glows
The waters untamed
The spirit that flows
Protector and Provider
Inside a furious calm
An earth that ever rises
The air a wailing balm
Listen to the howling whispers
Speak the truths still hidden
See with eyes included
Unleash the power within

I've always been fascinated with words. As a Boricua and a descendant of peoples with a strong oral tradition, I suppose it was only natural that I fell into writing. My poetry is inspired by whatever strikes me, and my stories are all fantasy.
