The Space

I am not my thoughts
I am a woman.
I am not my thoughts
I am a sister, a friend, a teacher.
I am not my thoughts
I am stories of experience around the world and at home and have wisdom that is beyond any quantification that I could ever fathom.
I am not my thoughts
I am years and years and years of unbecoming my thoughts.

I am not your thoughts
I am who I choose to be.
I am not your thoughts
I am my heart, my soul, my body.
I am not your thoughts
I am a careful selection of beliefs that serve my highest self from the inside out after years of learning that these choices are mine and mine alone.
I am not your thoughts
I think about this nearly constantly.

Who am I in the moments between the thoughts?
Perhaps, simply, I am
The Space.

Originally from Columbus and a graduate of OSU, I am thrilled to be back in the midwest after the last 10 years away which I spent the majority of time living and working in Southern California. I have spent the last few years on a relentless path to self-love, mindfulness, and conscious awakening, and most recently became a certified meditation, breathwork, and sound healing teacher as well as a reiki practitioner. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals connect to their true and highest selves through these practices.

Over the last year, I trained and completed a 200-hr certification at a premier meditation studio in the Los Angeles area, Ceremony Meditation, under a handful of nationally and internationally recognized instructors. In addition, I completed a 3-month women's leadership program and attended meditation retreats in Joshua Tree, CA, Costa Rica and Bali. All the while holding down a full-time corporate job and caring for my sweet aussiedoodle, Olive.

While I still work full time remotely for a global adtech based in CA, Amobee, my dharma is to love and serve my current community. I am so grateful to Harness for creating this platform where I can do just that!

Love + Light,
Rachael
