There Are Times I Hurt Just Because of My Social Anxiety.

I’m the opposite. I’m timid but open up slowly. When I do open up about any struggle, oftentimes I’m not looking for their “solution”, “advice” or “opinions”. I’m normally looking for someone to listen. You may not hear it from me but I definitely talk a lot and ramble on and on. I’m always anxious even when I don’t appear to be. I’m always nervous even with I walk with confidence.
My anxiety festers and sometimes increases. The cycle repeats itself. Most things make me socially anxious but taking so much makes doesn’t feel anxiety-inducing at times.
