Misplaced Anger

Hi, it’s time to detox your liver.🌿

Some of the root causes of anger stem from childhood trauma, resentment, not having your needs met, and so on…This heavy innerG just so happens to accumulate in your liver.☹️

While there may not be an anger cure, you can engage in tingz to help you manage it.🥰

Drink enough water.💧
Exercise to sweat out toxins.🏋️‍♀️
Reduce processed foods.🍟
Stop drinking so much alcohol.🥃
Consume raw foods and juices.🥗
Incorporate herbs(Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Turmeric, and Ginger)🌿
Practice safe s3x (because hepatitis 😬)
Get creative (sing, dance, paint, etc.)🎨
Practice breathwork techniques.🌬️

Affirmations ✨

I AM calm and at peace.

I choose to remain in the now and not be controlled by my past.

I forgive those who have hurt me so I can push forward.

I choose to release any anger or resentment that is within me positively.

Now be goodness.
